This fair trade shoes bag is made of velvet and decorated with poly-cotton lining with zipper closure, handle and Lisu traditional patchwork pattern made by Lisu hill tribe villagers from northern Thailand. Lisu hill tribe are known for their rich multi-coloured cloth stitched into outfits, and decorated with applique patchwork, tassels, and bead work. Some Lisu also wear layers of hand-crafted silver ornaments for festive occasions. Buying this product provides the Tribal communities with rural employment and support their families.
